Here is some information you will need to know prior to coming in for your appointment. Please read through it completely. If you have any questions feel free to call or message us.
We know this has been a trying time for everyone and small businesses have suffered greatly. The changes that are taking place in our industry will further make things difficult, but we will get through this with your help and cooperation.
All appointments are scheduled in such a way to keep traffic at a minimum. We are scheduling by appointment only and the door will remain locked at all times. You will receive a call from your service provider when they have sanitized their space and it is safe for you to enter. Once your provider has confirmed that you are in the parking lot they will open the door for you. You will be working with your provider from beginning to end of your visit with us. This will limit unneeded interaction with multiple people.
We will require you to wear a facial covering upon entering the building. We understand some services will not be able to be performed with a mask on, but the longer it can stay on the safer we will all be. If you do not have a mask, let your service provider know when they call you and one will be provided for you.
Upon entering you will be asked to either wash your hands or use hand sanitizer. You will be asked to sign a waiver and fill out a health assessment form. The waiting area will only be used to fill out paperwork and will be fully sanitized between each use.
We have restrooms available and we will have signage reminding you, but we will ask you to close the door after use so that we may sanitize it between guests.
We will be creating a cooler environment to keep the staff comfortable in their masks all day. We will have the table warmers on. As always, you can ask your provider to turn the table warmer off.
