PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF CONDITIONS

Payment Policy:

Our booking system requires a credit card on file for all services, even when redeeming a gift card, package, membership, or any other credit.

Privacy Policy:

We are the sole owners of the information collected from you. We only have access to / collect information that you voluntarily give us via intake or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you are visiting us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us NOT to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Minor Consent:

Minors are permitted to receive massage in our wellness spa. 

Parent or legal guardian must be present in helping complete the Health History Form for the minor, along with consent for the massage therapy session. 

Guidelines:

Minors (all clients under the age of 18 - unless otherwise emancipated) can only receive massage with written parental/legal guardian consent. In collaboration with the consenting adult and child, the massage therapist will assist in establishing goals for the session(s). For clients age 15 and under, the parent/guardian must always be present in the treatment room. For clients age 16-17 if both client and parent/guardian are comfortable with the child being in the session room by themselves, please initial here. Otherwise, parent/guardian should be in the treatment room during each session. Once a comfortable therapeutic relationship has been established and the massage therapist, child and parent are comfortable the parent/legal guardian does not have to be present in the room. Appropriate draping will be used at all times during the massage, only areas being massaged are uncovered. 

Cell phones:

This is your time to relax so please, silence your phones so you and others may enjoy a spa experience to the fullest.

Appointment Cancellation policy:

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100%.

Prenatal Massage:

*Please note, must be at least 13 weeks along (in your 2nd trimester) to receive massage.

No other add-on's available other than some aromatherapy options.

Massage Policy for Post-Surgery Clients:

To prioritize safety, clients must be at least 6 weeks post-surgery or provide a doctor's note for clearance before receiving massage therapy. This policy allows adequate time for the body to heal and reduces the risk of complications.

Gift Card Sales Policy:

Please note the following policy regarding gift card sales:

  1. All Sales are Final: Gift card purchases are non-refundable and considered final. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  2. Exclusion from Membership Benefits and Promotions: Gift cards cannot be combined with memberships, discounts, promotions, or credits. They are intended for standalone use and cannot be applied to any existing memberships or ongoing promotions.

Full Value Redemption: Gift cards hold a specific monetary value and can be redeemed for services or products up to the available balance. Any unused portion of the gift card value will remain as a credit for future use, subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card. 

             Cancellation Policy for VIP Loyalty Membership:

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide flexibility to our valued Spa VIP Loyalty Members. If you decide to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time. However, please note that upon cancellation, you will forfeit all remaining membership benefits, including the discounts on services and products.

Here are the details of our cancellation policy:

  1. Membership Benefits: When you cancel your VIP Loyalty Membership, you will no longer be eligible for the 20% discount on services and 10% discount on products that were included as part of your membership. The benefits will cease immediately upon cancellation.

  2. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for the remaining portion of the membership fee if you choose to cancel before the expiration date. The membership fee is considered non-refundable once paid.

  3. Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, please contact our spa directly or visit our reception desk. Our staff will assist you in completing the cancellation process and ensuring that your membership benefits are terminated accordingly.
